Inside the app

One challenge. One month. One mob.

The #RuckCancer challenge lives in Ruckaroo's Challenges tab. Ruck 30 miles across the month, about a mile a day, and watch your progress bar climb toward the patch. Every step is a step in solidarity: ruck for those who fight, and those who've fought.

The Breast Cancer Awareness challenge in the Ruckaroo app: 30 miles across October earns the pink patch. Ruck for those who fight, and those who've fought.

The reward

A patch you can't buy

The limited-edition #RuckCancer digital patch is only earned by finishing the October challenge. It lands on your Ruckaroo profile for good, and it says two things: you put in the miles, and you walked them for something bigger than a workout.

Why we walk

Awareness is worth carrying

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Most of us know someone: a mother, a sister, a friend, a teammate. This challenge is our community's way of keeping the conversation loud, honoring the fighters and survivors among us, and reminding everyone we love to get screened.

1 in 8

Every step

counts twice: regular physical activity is linked to lower breast cancer risk and better outcomes for survivors.

Ruck for someone you love.
